We’re looking for a seasoned and values-led  Operations Director  to drive quality, consistency, and growth across our restaurants and delivery kitchens. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for leading site operations, owning food and service standards, compliance, and delivering commercial performance. You’ll report into the Founder, directly manage our two Operations Managers and work closely with the Brand, People, and Finance teams to shape the future of Bleecker. This role is ideal for someone with a strong QSR background (5+ years in multi-site leadership), who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience in both independent and larger-scale hospitality businesses.
