Just hiring once or testing the waters?
Start with Copper (£150) for a simple, budget-friendly listing, or Bronze (£500) if you want premium exposure and support.
Hiring a few roles monthly and want a consistent reach?
Go for Copper+ (£583/month) or Silver (£833/month) for 5 jobs per month, dashboard reporting, and brand visibility.
Recruiting at scale or want maximum impact?
Choose Copper Unlimited (£833/month) for unlimited listings, or Gold (£1333/month) for top-tier placement, premium branding, and strategic DE&I support.

4. Can I edit or repost my job listing after publishing?
Yes, you’ll have access to an Employer Dashboard where you can manage, edit, or repost listings as needed. We make it easy for you to stay in control of your hiring journey.
5. Do you offer any guidance on inclusive job descriptions?
Yes! Available upon request and requires an additional fee.
6. Can I upgrade my package later?
Definitely, you can upgrade your plan at any time to access more listings or premium features. Just get in touch with our team, and we’ll help you transition smoothly.
7. What’s the difference between a Basic Listing and a Premium Listing?
Premium Listings (included in Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages) come with:
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Proactive vacancy promotion to our registered candidates and network partners
- Social Media Package – we promote your jobs and brand across all our platforms
- Featured Job & Company – appear on our homepage and top of search results
Basic Listings (Copper and Copper+) include job visibility and dashboard access, but do not include promotional or strategic marketing support.
8. Will I have a Dedicated Account Manager?
Yes, with all Premium Listings (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Your account manager will provide personalised support, promote your listings, and offer insights throughout your campaign.
9. Do you charge placement fees like a recruitment agency?
No. DJM is not a recruitment agency, and we do not charge any placement fees. You only pay for your listing package—no surprises.
10. What is the Social Media Package?
Exclusive to Premium Listings, our Social Media Package boosts job visibility and your employer brand through active promotion by our DJM Team. We reshare, comment, and engage with your company’s updates across platforms to support your DE&I message.
11. What does “Featured Job & Company” mean?
With Premium Listings, your company will be promoted on our homepage and at the top of search results, leading to higher visibility and better candidate engagement.
