We have two types of vacancy a Premium listing (Bronze, Silver and Gold) and a Basic listing (Copper).     Premium listing only: Increases job visibility, opens the door to engagement on your brand, promotional content to highlight your Diversity credentials, our DJM Team reshares and comments to promote your company activities on all social media platforms.

    Premium listing only: Promote your company on our homepage and appear in the top of the search page results and increase your apply click rates when compared to a Basic Listing.

  • Jobs Multi-Posting


    Basic and Premium listing: DJM is integrated with major ATS platforms on the market, allowing our clients to automate the process of job data sync. We are integrated with 10 popular ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Jazz HR, BreezyHR, UltiPro, iCIMS, Teamtailor and Dayforce therefore it will be straightforward to sync and automatically import all your jobs. If you don’t have an ATS we are integrated with Broadbean and Idibu. If you use an ATS that we are not currently integrated with, please contact and introduce us to your ATS's account manager so we can discuss integration with their platform.

    Alternatively, if you do not have an ATS platform, vacancies can be posted manually from your employer account or scraped by our team.
