The Role

We are looking for an experienced legal project manager to drive forward our LPM offering for our Litigation Dispute Management team.

The successful candidate could be based in London, Birmingham, Cardiff or Leeds, and will adopt the Eversheds Sutherland flexible working policy. Some travel between Eversheds Sutherland offices may be required.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Project Manager, the main objective for the the Legal Project Manager will be to support the delivery of the practice group legal project management strategy in line with the firm-wide strategy. This is achieved by the LPM educating and encouraging the practice group to apply legal project management principles on their matters proportionate to their size and complexity in line with the practice group and firm-wide strategy.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of working in legal project management required.
  • Demonstrable experience of contributing to projects where legal project management was deployed successfully or innovatively to deliver matters or improve legal processes essential.
  • Experience in legal or professional services essential.
  • Professional project management qualifications are desirable, and in some circumstances essential.
  • Demonstrable experience of contributing to winning work in pitches desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a partnership environment would be desirable but not essential.
