Role Purpose

The role of Junior Legal PA is to work as part of our secretarial team to provide professional and proactive support to an allocated group of fee earners.

Our Junior Legal Secretaries are responsible for a wide and varied range of tasks to support our business. We empower our people to stretch their skills and encourage ongoing personal and professional development, through our Six Step Training programme. The programme is designed to support our Junior Legal Secretaries with on-the-job training, coaching, continued feedback and development.
