Job Description
Are you an Insolvency Solicitor looking for a new role? This Yorkshire law firm is looking to add a solicitor to their insolvency division within Leeds .
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will have a busy and varied case load encompassing a range of insolvency issues with a focus on Corporate Administrations and Liquidations from a contentious perspective. However, there is both contentious and non-contentious work available and everyone comes together to make sure everything is produced to the highest quality.
This could be an ideal role for a solicitor with a background in Insolvency who has experience of working for IP's, they do also undertake some work for directors. There is scope for progression, working with two experienced partners who lead the team and who will support you to become the best you can be at what you do.
The firm looks to deliver high quality work for their clients and the successful candidate will be supported and trained appropriately for their level as they progress. Equally if you are more senior there will be a lot of autonomy and independence on offer, whilst retaining the team spirit.
Ideally they are looking to recruit someone who already has some Insolvency experience already, however they are also happy to consider someone with strong experience within Debt Recovery and looking to move their career into insolvency They are really open minded as personality and a team approach is also very important to them.
The firm keep their employees' best interests at heart and have a culture in the office which aligns with this. There is a clear ability to develop and progress within insolvency, be that coming from a background within this sector and already having considerable experience or being more junior and making the transition across from debt collection.
