Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking to join a strong mid-tier firm in Leeds? Sacco Mann have been instructed on an excellent vacancy within a progressive and dynamic firm who have won numerous awards and have a managing partner who has been named as an inspiring leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress in an entrepreneurial and supportive environment.
As a Corporate Solicitor based in our client's Leeds office you will be joining one of the largest national Corporate teams in the UK. In this role you will undertake a wide spectrum of high quality corporate work - principally mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures and group restructurings. Depending on level of PQE you will be responsible for a full case load if experienced and if more junior you will be well supported and assist the partners in the team. There is plenty of scope to get involved in both national and international work.
All levels will have the opportunity to contribute to business development activity across the region.
Our client is really open in terms of PQE as there are two roles on offer, one for a junior solicitor and one for someone more experienced therefore they are happy to consider applications from all levels of PQE.
