This respected and welcoming regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its forward-thinking and widely-admired legal team in Preston. The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor due to a recent influx of interesting work. As a senior member of the team, you will be valued as a specialist in commercial litigation and trusted to advise clients to an excellent standard.
The broad commercial litigation workload will involve handling a caseload of mixed files such as commercial and partnership disputes, professional negligence, boundary and L&T disputes, as well as insolvency and professional indemnity matters, with the scope to build out the department as you see fit.
This is the perfect opportunity for senior commercial litigation to bring their expertise to an agile and friendly firm that will give you the freedom to grow the department and take on a new challenge.
