Job Description
A career defining role has become available for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with a highly accredited Legal 500 Macclesfield based law firm.
The full-service law firm provide award-winning legal advice across different sectors of law including private client, tax trusts and estates.
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career as a Private Client solicitor as you will be working directly with highly experienced solicitors. You will be given the chance to work on a full spectrum of Private Client work of varying complexities. They also have a supportive team that are dedicated to your development, you will have clear and achievable routes to progress your career.
Your key responsibilities:
Run a full and varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, probate and estate matters.
Handle cases of high-net-worth, including LPA and powers of attorney matters.
Take an active part in business development opportunities.
Supervision of other fee earning colleagues if necessary.
Attend to clients both on the phone and in person to provide professional support in a friendly manner.
