Permanent position, HR team, ideally Birmingham based (but would consider Cambridge or Norwich) with some home working.## The roleDue to increased levels of recruitment activity across the firm, this is a newly created role to provide additional resource to the firm‘s existing Recruitment team (that, in turn, forms part of the firm's wider HR team). The role will be responsible for experience hire lawyer recruitment and graduate recruitment for the firm's Trainee Solicitor programme. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, and working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manger, this role will be supported by the firm's Recruitment Administrator and split their time between these two aspects of lawyer recruitment. Taking on a full caseload of their own, the role will work closely with internal clients (predominantly Partners), external agents and candidates.
