*Registered Manager (Children’s Residential Care Services)*

*Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire*

*Salary up to £50,000, plus bonus scheme*

Inspire Care is a small family owned residential care company which has been established for over 13 years. The company values are based on family and children. We have 5 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative and dedicated Registered Manager to manage a 2-3 bed EBD children’s homes. We are a growing company with ample progression opportunities for the right candidate.

With a basic salary of up to £50,000.00 and a generous bonus scheme

*Skills & Experience (Essential)*

* A commitment to delivering high-quality care
* In-depth knowledge of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviours
* Hold a current UK Driving License
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
* At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff
* NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People or equivalent
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* A ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ grade within your recent Ofsted inspections
* Exceptional Deputy Managers will be considered
