Job Description



Purpose of the role

To be an integral member of the Facilities team and to take responsibility for all questions and queries ensuring that staff and partners have access to a comprehensive and high quality facilities service which provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. The role is to work 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day (plus 1 hour lunch break), rotating weekly shifts between 7:30am and 6pm.

The person

Due to the nature of the role, to be successful your background will probably include:- Recent office based experience is essential and Facilities or Reception experience is desirable.- Experience in a professional services environment would be desirable.- At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including C grade or above in English and Mathematics.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.In addition, the role requires someone who:- Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels.- Has excellent planning and organisational skills.- Provides outstanding client service at all times.- Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.- Has excellent presentational and attention to detail skills.- Remains calm under pressure.
