Job Description

Role overview

First and foremost, this role will have a coordination focus, working with Commercial Heads, Practice/Account Leads and Marketing to drive business development outcomes.

This means facilitating and furthering efforts to get into new clients; ensuring we are always alive to new opportunities; supporting lead generation outreach to cold and warm prospects (currently carried out by an external agency); and spotting opportunities created by marketing activity, PR, etc.

Working with colleagues to get them operating more efficiently, this role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, as they will be liaising with stakeholders internally and externally, acting as a first point of contact for incoming queries, and working alongside Marketing colleagues to ensure we maximise the outcomes of our marketing content.

Longer term, this role could evolve into more of a hybrid role, with the successful candidate developing their active business development skills.

We are committed to being a responsible business and employer, and we therefore we ask for your support by actively participating in our Responsible Business Initiatives and upholding the associated principles and behaviours. There are many ways in which you can help us to achieve our responsible Business Initiatives, such as getting involved in our Community Impact and IDEA programmes.
