Based in our award-winning Bristol head office and reporting to Pukka’s Hot Beverages Lead, the Product Manager is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on the experience, alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.

 

About the opportunity

This exciting opportunity calls for an experienced product manager to join our Hot Beverages team. They will work to deliver the ambitious innovation and renovation plan for tea, all of which furthers Pukka’s ambition to nurture healthier, happier lives through powerful organic plants.

Leading the full innovation project team alongside the Technical Project Lead you’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams on consumer problem/solution, product development, pack creation and design and the overall business case, as well as working with the rest of the project team to meet key deadlines. You’ll also work closely with international markets to identify key portfolio opportunities for Pukka that drives brand awareness and maximises profitability and growth. In addition to all thing’s innovation, you’ll be responsible for core business management working on EPD activity, delists, performance analysis and budget management. You’ll also work closely with eCommerce and insight team and Natural Channel/Organic/OOH teams to ensure inputs and insights are always fed into the development process.

 

About you

This is a highly collaborative role, and you’ll manage key relationships across various teams whilst supporting the Hot Beverages Lead on critical design projects.

With solid experience in marketing, innovation development and/or project management, you’ll be able to draw on your experience of developing innovation concepts through to launching on shelf. Whilst not essential, prior knowledge of the tea/hot beverages category, or of wellbeing and health products more generally, would be beneficial as well as appetite for understanding and staying on top of new consumer and category trends.

This is a fast-paced role which has its complexities and challenges, therefore a positive and creative approach to problem solving is essential. You’ll be experienced at engaging and influencing stakeholders and senior leaders, exciting and inspiring with plans and getting their buy in, always with a clear and respectful communication style.

With a strong eye for creativity and design, and excellent attention to detail, you’ll demonstrate a desire and ambition to innovate and deliver beautiful creations that appeal to all senses. Your obsession with consumers will also shine through, showing your deep curiosity of people and category.
