About Two Point:

Two Point Studios is a creative and fun development studio, specialising in creating amazing deep simulation games that are rooted in our own brand of silly humour whilst remaining accessible to everyone. You are a versatile, self-starter with a strong background in Unity and C#. You excel in various areas, including game logic and AI. While over 5 years of experience is preferred, we would accept exceptional talented applications with less experience, too. You are creative and understand how complex systems work together to produce interesting emergent behavior. Your ability to work independently and your enthusiasm for innovative gameplay solutions make you a valuable addition to our team. 
  
Responsibilities include:   

• Working with art and design to take features through design, implementation and testing. 
• Creating elegant, maintainable and robust code in Unity and C#. 
• Helping improve engineering quality and best practices  
• Planning your own work as part of an agile team. 

  Knowledge, Skills & Experience:   

• Working knowledge of Unity and C#. 
• 5 years’ game industry experience (or less if you’re exceptional!). 
• Strong programming skills: source control, code architecture, debugging, testing, and performance optimization. 
• Essential soft skills: problem-solving, teamwork, communication, organization, time management, self-motivation, and a desire to learn. 
• A passion for games! 

  Not essential, but it helps if you have:    

• Experience and interest in AI. 
• Deep experience with performance optimisation. 
• Experience with console development. 
• History of shipped high quality games. 
• 3D graphics and rendering knowledge.
