Addleshaw Goddard is on the lookout for a Junior PA to become part of our Secretarial Services Division. Based in our Manchester office, this role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential support to our Commercial fee earner team, focusing on smooth administrative processes and effective financial management.
What You'll Do:
• Assist with the billing and financial management tasks.
• Work closely with fee earners to support in general financial housekeeping.
• Handle administrative processes efficiently, using the right resources.
• Grow your understanding of matter management processes, taking on more responsibility over time.
• Follow firmwide and divisional best practice protocols.
• Ensure compliance with our risk and compliance policies, promptly addressing any issues.
• Complete all required firm training in a timely manner.
• Aid fee earners in their business development efforts.
• Foster strong working relationships within the team.
Who We're Looking For:
• Someone with a City & Guilds / ILEX Level 1 / 2 Diploma for Legal Secretaries or equivalent.
• A candidate proficient in Microsoft Office.
• An individual with at least one year's experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to meet client needs.
