The role: Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing a large team of colleagues to deliver safety dependable and high-quality major maintenance and cabin modifications. You will bring your passion and drive in this people focused Shift Manager role to grow fantastic teams who are truly talented. Through your strong and inspiring leadership, you will focus on delivering exceptional levels of customer service and employee engagement.
