The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Property Support Assistant to join our Property Development Team, based in Cambridge. Reporting to our Head of Property and Development you will be expected to assist the team with administrative and practical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and requirements for CMR’s property projects
• Collating key information from our property portfolio including energy performance, O&MS, legalities, and recent pictures
• Devising a system to log and track contractor visits to all sites
• Assisting with the formation of a global design brief for our ever-expanding overseas portfolio
• Attending sites if required to carry out ad hoc tasks – ensuring that facilities are functional and to the right specification, accepting and checking deliveries etc.
• Involvement in the facilities management and maintenance aspects of our property as required, in collaboration with our Facilities team; ensuring our property meets the needs of CMR and its people.

We’re a high growth company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll need to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Property and Development remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

• Comfortable taking ownership and full responsibility for tasks and projects
• Strong problem-solving skills, Able to gather all the information available, identifying problems and working with business leaders to suggest commercially viable solutions.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and adopting several different process management tools.
• Experienced managing an often heavy and varied workload across multiple operating platforms.
• Strong IT skillset.
