The Dublin office is growing exponentially and the need for a capable, self motivated individual to provide quality support is essential. You will perform a variety of tasks and will flexibly and proactively respond to any requirements as and when necessary while always remaining professional.
To provide a centralised and dedicated administrative support to the Partners, Fee Earners and PAs. In addition to the required duties of an LSA.
What You'll Do:
• Managing onsite and offsite client deeds and document including creation, retrieval and archiving
• Comprehensive electronic and hard copy document management support including photocopying, scanning, pagination, printing and binding
• Certifying, redacting and converting hard and electronic copy documents
• Assist Legal PAs and fee earners with ad-hoc tasks
• Induction training for new hires on use of Photocopier/Printer/Scanner and General Office equipment
• Co-ordinate data room / digital site creation and management
• Closure of files using the matter management tool
• Travel bookings and timetable research
• Completing expense forms
• Assisting with the billing process
Who We're Looking For:
• Competent use of all Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team, as well as being able to work independently
• Experience of prioritising a substantial and diverse workload within strict deadlines desirable
• Experience of working with document management / case management systems beneficial
• Demonstrable commitment to exceeding expectations and goals
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.to provide excellent customer service and have a positive can do attitude
