We have an exciting new opportunity for a Paralegal to join our friendly Legal Advice team in our Bedwas office.
In this interesting entry-level role, the successful candidate will be handling legal queries from customers in a range of areas by establishing the facts of the customer’s legal issues, providing advice on the applicable law, and setting out the legal and/or practical options available to the customer, including reviewing sources of funding and alternative resolution solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to ensure that communication with customers and colleagues is provided in a clear, concise, and honest manner whilst ensuring that it remains sensitive and empathic to both customer and business partner needs.
Whilst extremely rewarding, due to the nature of our customers’ concerns the role can occasionally be challenging and candidates should be resilient and motivated to provide high-quality performance in what can be a demanding environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to proactively identify both issues and potential solutions, take ownership of the process and follow the correct process to resolve any concerns that may be raised by customers in a timely manner. You will be personable, enjoy working in a team environment, and be motivated to go the extra mile for our customers
