Full time Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow within the Irish market and move to our new premises just off Merrion Square. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring they are welcomed, directed, and assisted professionally. You will manage meeting room bookings, oversee room setups, and coordinate catering requirements, ensuring all arrangements meet client needs. Handling enquiries in person, by phone, or email, you will provide timely and professional responses while maintaining high standards of service.

You will also support the smooth running of our reception and meeting spaces, ensuring they are presentable, well-stocked, and equipped with necessary supplies. Reporting maintenance issues, monitoring progress, and escalating where necessary will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist with AV support, maintain client databases, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless operations.

Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to support events or meetings outside traditional working hours. You will also provide comprehensive handovers to ensure continuity between shifts and maintain confidentiality at all times.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively. If you are well-presented, client-focused, and eager to contribute to a growing team, we would love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and professional environment.
