To support our continued growth, we are on the lookout for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our operation in Lenham, Maidstone. You will be responsible for delivering support to approx 400 on-site staff, as well as the larger UK employee base.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring HRIS (Workday) is kept up to date with any employee changes
Liaise with Recruitment team to ensure all new starters are administered on-site access has been coordinated
Support the local HR partner with the production of employee correspondence (job changes. references etc)
Arrange and coordinate employee health checks
Data collation and reporting to ensure the monthly deadlines at met
Managing the administration of the expenses system (Concur).
Supporting in the administration and collation of data for absence management (Sickness, Overtime records).
Monthly benefits portal exceptions report checking pay is above NMW.
Comp & Ben
Support the Comp & Ben Manager with benefits administering for starters/ leavers
Administering any changes to benefts for employees
We are looking for skilled administrator with a genuine interest in HR/ Payroll and a desire to progress within this area. Excellent understanding of MS Office suite is required, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Confident and precise when working with high volumes of data, the successful candidate would have had previous exposure to payroll processes, as well as a good understanding of GDPR regulations. Experience of administering a HRIS is required, with an understanding of Workday in particular a huge benefit!
