Location: Wigan

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: up to £17,290

In this varied and interesting role, you will deal with a high volume of calls and be responsible for dealing with our new client inquiries, taking full client instructions, setting up the file, and providing guidance when appropriate. Offering such an excellent service on all calls, our clients will never want to go anywhere else!

About you:

First, we ask that you have a genuine interest in the role, the experience in delivering excellent customer service, and a can-do attitude however there are a few points below that would be a great addition!

• Very recent experience in a customer service role
• Demonstrate your confident and professional telephone manner
• Be used to dealing with high-volume calls
• Use your negotiation and influencing skills to identify needs and convert inquiries
• And of course, be passionate about delivering exceptional service!
• If you’ve done all this in a legal capacity, you will definitely have an advantage
• 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent. Relevant work experience can be considered as an alternative.
