The role
To thrive in this role you will;
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player
• Have excellent organisational skills: be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Be able to adapt and use new platforms quickly and effectively (Concep, Wordpress, Hootsuite)

Key responsibilities
In this position you will:
• Be responsible for the daily upkeep of our Wordpress-based website. Working as the liaison with the agency and keeping the site up-to-date.
• Work with the Senior BDM Managers to implement the social media policy for the firm and each team.
• Work with the Senior BDM Managers to co-ordinate and report on the Client Satisfaction process.
• Support the Internal Communications Manager with projects including the newsletter and intranet.
• Work with Senior Associates/Associates to co-ordinate the team ‘Buddy’ initiative and promote cross selling.
• To maintain the Concep platform mailing data and Liberate marketing pages.
• Conduct research and create first draft tender submissions.
• Produce ad hoc reports and research as required.
• Deliver monthly metrics around campaigns to better inform strategy.
• Work with the BDM Senior Execs to execute and deliver timely directory submissions.
• Maintain the BDM marketing collateral library. • Supporting the wider Marketing & BD team with any additional projects

Specific tasks may change over time, so we’ll need you to be adaptable and flexible as we continue to meet our clients’ needs.
