Owen Reed are recruiting for a CCH Administrator to join a top London law firm. The CCH Administrator will work within the Private Client and Tax/Private Client.
This role for the CCH Administrator is a mixed role, 30% secretarial support including quarterly trust billing for department and filing of trust docs but 70% is accounts/finance based - using their accounts systems CCH regularly
The CCH Administrator must be efficient and methodical to provide data-inputting and documentation support to the firm. This role will entail looking after trust documents, inputting financial information into our accounting system (CCH), as well as ad hoc activities to help support the team.
Areas of focus and responsibilities:
Scanning documents for e-filing;
Filing, checking and managing a large flow of trust documents such as our quarterly trust billings, signed accounts, valuations, scanning tax packs and contracts;
Keeping a variety of paperwork records up to date;
Collating and inputting financial data into CCH;
Posting relevant information and checking valuations, statements, contract notes etc;
Overseeing the archiving of documents and filing;
Arranging the payment of bills; and
Other ad hoc administrative tasks, as required.
Experience working with CCH is essential;
Experience in a secretarial or financial environment is advantageous but not essential;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
The ability to manage self and prioritise workload effectively, with the ability to multi-task;
Organised and accurate with excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency;
Computer literate with experience of using a variety of systems;
Flexible attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
