The Offer As a Deputy Care Home Manager based in one of Enham Trust's Care Homes, you will deputise for the Home Manager in their absence and support them in ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness and regulatory compliance of the home is always maintained. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Shift pattern is 9.00am to 5.00pm and you will be expected to be on call on a rota basis and have a flexible approach, as this is a 24hr service.
