*About the role* Reporting to the Directors, the HR Advisor is part of a small team and will work with stakeholders, which could include Service Managers, Recruitment Manager and others as and when. The job holder will manage a range of HR transactional activities, to include disciplinaries, investigations, absence management, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, and recognitions and reward arrangements. Experience gained in a care company environment is an advantage but not essential.
