Job type: Fixed term, full-time Lester Aldridge wishes to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our busy Finance team in the Bournemouth office for a fixed term of one year starting in August 2022. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing and payment of Agents/Counsel/Sheriffs invoices – Processing via the system and purchase ledger - sending payments by bacs and producing/sending remittances – weekly and monthly payment runs. Forwarding Client receipts to Clients by bacs in bulk each week and producing remittances. Production of auto bills - running bills on the system, manually producing bill front, producing and checking excel backup spreadsheet. Dealing with suspense account and returning unallocated bacs payments that we are not able to allocate in line with SAR rules. Monthly auditing of Client matter balances on closed matters and querying balances with fee earners – sending balances out to Client....
