THE OPPORTUNITY
To lead the UK HR Business Advisory team to deliver professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice across all lawyer and business service professionals. To support the achievement of the business and people objectives within the Firm, by providing a client focused service.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the UK Advisory Team, ensuring team members are trained, deployed and motivated so their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business
Act as the primary escalation for HR Business Advisors across all ER case work, providing guidance and support where required and ensuring any risks are minimised
Partner with line managers, employees and Partners, to advise and deliver employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, redundancies and appeals. Drive resolution in line with legislation and internal policies.
