Role and Responsibilities Using the information and documents provided by the Regeneration acquisition team, create sales packs for the solicitors acting for Registered Providers containing all relevant information relating to the sale of the affordable housing.  Set up data sites to manage the flow of material to the Registered Provider’s solicitors. Draft documents for the sale of the affordable units using precedents and bespoke documents which have been agreed between the housebuilder clients and the Registered Providers. Working with both the Regeneration acquisition team and the client to answer any enquiries the Registered Provider may have relating to the sale.  The role will involve working directly with the housebuilder clients to agree the transactional documents for the sale and then reporting on the same to the client.
